- Discussion with possible action to enter into an agreement to provide funding to the Washington Community Center to provide nutrition services for our community for fiscal year 2020-2021 in the amount of $233.33 each month.
- Discussion with possible approval of Resolution # 874 in reference to the Community Facilities Grant regarding police vehicles. (Asst. Police Chief Steve Babcock)
- Discussion with possible action regarding purchasing of 1-ES10032D spreader, 1-ESLC-29D cutters, 1-ER-40 ram and 1 ram extension kit in the amount of $25,280.00 for Fire Department from Okie Extrication. Councilman Ridenour

Discussion regarding employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation regarding-City Manager Contract, Per Title 25 O.S. Section 307. B (1)
