Discussion with possible action regarding Ordinance #973 concerning recommendation from Planning & Zoning to rezone residential properties across from the football field, located at 801 N 2nd Street legally described as Lot 5 & S40 Lot 6 BLK 14 Rena Kirk and at 807 N 2nd Street legally described as Lot 8, Blk 14, Rena Kirk from R-1 (single family) to R-2 (multi-family duplexes).
