- Discussion with possible action with possible approval of Variance/Ordinance #983 regarding the rezoning of a residential property (R-1) located at the northwest corner of East Duke and North 11th Street, Hugo, OK legally described as: Beg 100’ E of NE INTERSEC OF DUKE & 10th, th N 150’,th E75’, th S 150’,th W 75’POB26-6-17 to a commercial zone(C-1) at the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Board with the stipulation that prior to any change of ownership and/or change of occupying business occurs it will be required to be presented to Planning & Zoning Board for approval.
