- Discussion with possible action regarding replacement of four air handlers of the Police Department attic air conditioning not to exceed $16,933.50. Mayor McCarty
- Discussion with possible action on the purchase of nine radar units for the Hugo Police Department not to exceed $30,915.00. Mayor McCarty

- Discussion regarding negotiations between the City of Hugo and the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) for the 2024-2025 fiscal year Collective Bargaining Agreement pursuant to Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes section 307(B)(2)
