10. Discussion with possible action regarding National League of Cities (NLC) Service Line Warranty Program through OML for homeowners.
11. Discussion regarding ending contract with City Attorney, Pat Phelps.
12. Discussion with possible action regarding approving contract with Sean McKelvey as City Attorney.
