Discussion with possible action regarding closing of alleyway behind old Jack’s Quick Mart, legally described as “A 20 foot alley lying between lots 1,2&3 and Lot 6 in Block 5 of the Burgoyne Brothers Addition to the City of Hugo, Oklahoma being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows to-with: Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 1 in Block 5 of the Burgoyne Brothers addition thence South a distance of 20 feet thence West 112.33 feet to the Railroad ROW thence Northwesterly along said Railroad ROW to the Southwest Corner of Lot 3 in Block 5 Burgoyne Brothers Addition thence East along the South lot line of Lots 1,2 & 3 in Block 5 a distance of 136.11 feet to the place of beginning.” Mayor McCarty
