- Public Hearing concerning possible condemnation of property located at 305 North Broadway, legally described as the North 22’5” of the South 67.5’ of Lot 3 and the North 22’5” of the South 67.4’ of Lot 4, in Block 114, of the Hugo Original plat. Owner of record: Hollis R. Roberts.
- Public hearing concerning possible condemnation of property located at 303 North Broadway, legally described as the South 45’ of lots 3 & 4, Block 114, of the Hugo Original plat, owner of record: Hugo Food Pantry
- Discussion with possible action regarding approval of 2019-2020 FOP agreement.
- Discussion with possible action to authorize the Hugo Police Department to apply for funds from the Oklahoma Attorney General’s office through the 2020 Safe Oklahoma Grant Program. – Asst. Chief of Police Babcock
- Discussion with possible action to enter into an Agreement with Feed the Need for fiscal year 2019-2020 to help provide nutrition services to the elderly in our community in the amount of $12,098.76. – Ellen Young, Feed the Need Representative
- Discussion with possible action to enter into an Agreement to provide funding to the Washington Community Center to provide nutrition services for our community for fiscal year 2019-2020 in the amount of $233.33 each month.
- Discussion with possible action to adopt Ordinance No. 942 for the condemnation of property located at 307 North Broadway, legally described as the South 22.5’ of the North 67.5’ of Lots 3&4, in Block 114, of the Hugo Original plat. Owner of record: Helen R. Roberts.
- Discussion with possible action to adopt Ordinance No. 943 for the condemnation of property located at 305 North Broadway, legally described as the North 22’5” of the South 67.5’ of Lot 3 and the North 22’5” of the South 67.4’ of Lot 4, in Block 114, of the Hugo Original plat. Owner of record: Hollis R. Roberts.
- Discussion with possible action regarding holding a public hearing concerning Ordinance No. 944 for the condemnation of property located at 303 North Broadway, legally described as the South 45’ of lots 3 & 4, in Block 114, of the Hugo Original plat. Owner of record: Hugo Food Pantry
- Discussion with possible action regarding approving the Choctaw County Hazard Mitigation Plan between Choctaw County and the City of Hugo by adopting Resolution No. 868.
- Executive Session – Discussion into Executive Session for the purpose of conferring on matters pertaining to economic development, including the transfer of property, financing, or the creation of a proposal to entice a business to remain or to locate within the jurisdiction because public disclosure of the matter would interfere with the development of products or services and public disclosure would violate the confidentiality of the business pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307 (c)(11).
