- Discussion with possible action to enter into an agreement to provide funding to the Washington Community Center to provide nutrition services for our community for fiscal year 2022-2023 in the amount of $600.00 each month. – Mayor McCarty

- Discussion regarding negotiations between the City of Hugo and the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) for the 2021-2022 fiscal year Collective Bargaining Agreement pursuant to Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes section 307(B)(2)
