Discussion with possible action regarding recommendation from Planning & Zoning regarding rezoning of a residential property (R-1) located at 1213 E Duke, Hugo, OK legally described as LOTS 8 & 9, BLOCK 6, KIRKWOOD PLACE ADDN, to a commercial zone(C-2) for the purpose of Pine Cellular storage of fiber-optic line, and granting a Condition Use Permit for the construction on said property by Resolution #873. 
  9. Discussion with possible action to enter into an Agreement with Feed the Need for fiscal year 2020-2021 in the amount of $12,098.76.
  10. Executive Session –

Discussion regarding negotiations concerning employees and representatives of employee groups per Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes Section 307(B)(2).  (Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Contract Year 2020 – 2021)
