- Discussion with possible approval regarding Ordinance #964 concerning Public Service Company of Oklahoma for a non-exclusive twenty-five (25) year franchise to use the streets, alleys, avenues, ways, and other public places and grounds in the City of Hugo, Choctaw County, Oklahoma.
- Discussion with possible approval of Resolution #878 authorizing the calling and holding of a special election in the City of Hugo, Choctaw County, Oklahoma, for the purpose of submitting to the registered qualified electors of said City the question of approval or rejection of an ordinance granting to Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO) a non-exclusive franchise for twenty-five (25) years to use the streets, alleys, avenues, ways, and other public places and grounds in the City of Hugo, Choctaw County, Oklahoma.
- Discussion with possible action regarding Special Election Proclamation notice regarding Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO) Franchise.
- Discussion with possible action regarding the recommendation by Oklahoma Municipal Assurance Group (OMAG) of the denial of claim #208856-1-LR. (Fitzpatrick)
- Discussion with possible action regarding termination of the management agreements and the leases and subleases, as applicable, for the nursing facilities licensed in the name of the City as attached, and the reversion and transfer of the facilities’ operations to their previous licensees, the Mayor and/or Vice-Mayor, acting together and/or alone, are/is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Hugo, to negotiate, prepare, execute and deliver any and all operations transfer agreements and other agreements, bills of sale, trade name transfers, notices, regulatory filings, instruments, certificates and other documents, and to take such additional actions, as they/he/she may deem necessary or advisable in connection with the foregoing, the execution of same and the taking of such actions to be conclusive evidence of the necessity or desirability thereof.
