Public Hearing regarding Petition for Detachment of property owned by Wyrick Lumber Company located at 2006 Old Highway 70 West, from the city limits of the City of Hugo, Oklahoma.  The property is more fully described as: A piece or parcel of land lying in the SW/4 of the NW/4 and the NW/4 of the SW/4 of Section 21, Township 6 South, Range 17 East of the I.B.M. Choctaw County, Oklahoma; and more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Starting at the NW corner of the SW/4 of NW/4 of said Section, thence South a distance of 904 feet to the North ROW line of the old highway, thence South 52°52’ East a distance of 844.2 feet to the place of beginning, thence North 37°08’ East a distance of 210 feet, thence South 52°52’ East a distance of 461.5 feet, thence North 33°18’ East a distance of 183 feet, thence East a distance of 51.5 feet, thence South a distance of 505.5 feet, thence Northwesterly a distance of 798.4 feet to the place of beginning, containing 3.93 acres, more or less.
